Dealing with safety challenges and hazards in workplaces in horticulture requires solidarity, foresight, and the will to fight for what is right. It also requires an understanding of the rules and regulations. Farm Safety: A guide for seasonal and migrant workers emerged out of the need for advice and understanding of the obligations of employers and employees alike. This guide seeks to simply communicate what migrant workers and employers are expected and obligated to do.
