AWU WOMEN'S COMMITTEE

Earlier in the year the AWU celebrated International Women's Day. It was a successful morning of conversations with Jamila Rizvi, Liberty Sanger, Tanya Harrington, and Rebecca Little. The AWU will continue to grow and celebrate IWD each year, and in doing so have created the AWU Women's Committee.

We are looking for nominations and interest to be a part of the Women's Committee. You can join our FaceBook group here. A committee such as this is a great way to keep in touch with other members and become part of the AWU community.

There will be regular online meetings and once the Covid-19 restrictions have eased to an appropriate level, there will be scope for committee gatherings in regional and metro areas.
